We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early or register online to reserve your spot.

 

Upper Body HIIT

Mondays & Thursdays

Upper Body High Intensity Interval Training looks to focus on strengthening the upper body and core muscles through timed intervals as well as implementing cardiovascular exercise throughout the circuits to keep you lean and improve overall strength.

Lower Body HIIT

Tuesdays & Friday

This fat burning lower body HIIT workout is the perfect way to challenge your muscles and your cardiovascular health. We look to focus on strengthening the lower body and core muscles through timed interval circuits, as well as implementing cardiovascular exercise throughout the circuits to keep you lean and improve overall strength.

Full Body Functional Training

Wednesdays & Saturdays

This class will leave no muscle untouched. This total body workout will challenge you to push every muscle to the max while also keeping you lean through High Intensity Interval Training throughout the entire class.

Wednesday: 6am | 8:30am | 12pm | 5pm | 6pm | 7pm
Saturday: 8:30am | 9:30am | 10:30am
